An integrated mobility platform
e-mission group is the institutional identity of a Portuguese sustainable mobility group. The entire operation is run by Volto Drive Lda, under a single Executive Management and a layer of committee governance.
What sets us apart
We organise the business by function, not by legal entity. Those who own and care for the asset (sourcing, import, fleet engineering, maintenance, sale preparation) are kept separate from those who operate it commercially. This separation protects the fleet residual value and aligns incentives. The same technical capabilities that serve our own fleet are offered to third parties.
Guiding principles
- Function first, entity second. The organisation is designed by function, whatever the tax number or the brand.
- The asset follows its life cycle. Each vehicle is the same asset, from acquisition to sale, under single responsibility for its total cost.
- Those who rent do not decide what is bought. Asset management has a multi-year horizon; commercial operations maximise short-term revenue.
- Technical capabilities as a product. Sourcing, import and diagnosis serve both our own fleet and external clients.
- Committee governance. Cross-cutting decisions are taken in committees with a written mandate and a fixed cadence.
