e-missiongroup.com is the institutional website of e-mission group, operated by Volto Drive Lda. It is informative in nature and does not constitute a booking, rental or purchase channel.

Commercial actions (rent, subscribe, buy or import) take place on the brands own channels, to which this site directs you.

Intellectual property

The brands, logos, texts, images and other content on this site are the property of e-mission group and the group entities, or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorisation is not permitted.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to carry out actions that harm its operation, security or availability.

Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to the brands commercial channels and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Credit intermediation

Volto Drive Lda is a tied credit intermediary authorised by Banco de Portugal under article 20(1) of Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017, of 7 July.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the district of the registered office, to the exclusion of any other.
