We began operations with a substantial share of electric vehicles, in a market where electrified fleet penetration is still low. Our trajectory is one of progressive electrification, with the goal of keeping most of the fleet electrified.
The replacement vehicle gap
The replacement vehicle market reveals a significant absence of electric supply from rent-a-car operators. We position ourselves as an active part of solving this challenge, accelerating the availability of electric replacement vehicles.
Total cost and second life
- TCO at the centre of the decision. Each acquisition is assessed by total cost of ownership, not just by price.
- Organised remarketing. At the end of the cycle, each vehicle is prepared and placed back on the market in a structured way, extending its useful life.
- Smart sourcing. We identify opportunities in European markets, with rigorous technical and documentary validation.
